THANK YOU FOR EXPLORING SOME OF THE WAYS ELEMENTS RISING MAY COMPLEMNT YOUR CURRENT PLANS FOR LIVING WELL. I am studio owner and educator Nadine (Luvison) Westover and I invite you to visit our studio, a sanctuary in the woods, to retreat and feel at home as you explore practices designed to complement women’s health, creativity and peace.

My intention for all movement classes offered, is to guide students to practices that can be sustainable for a lifetime… summarized as learning to “Breathe. Move. and just BE!” I believe that by providing a supportive environment that offers the use of props and modifications, students are encouraged to feel accepted as who they are honoring their own personal paths toward wellness.

I believe in yoga asana as a wonderful entry point into a lifelong journey of self-discovery. I believe that yoga is about how we find connection and light, in our bodies and in the everyday moments of life. I am with you on this journey of balancing life, work and family and ever evolving to meet the needs of my community. If you have a concern, need or idea that isn’t found on this website, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

With you,

∞ Nadine, Elements Rising Meditation Center & Studio

Getting Here:

Arriving: The Studio is attached to my residence at 806 Logan Road in Warren PA. If you are coming from Jackson Run Road, Route 69, take the second driveway to the left. The drive is marked by a white studio sign. If you are coming from the top of Follett Run, please drive carefully and note that the driveway is marked by a studio sign and two mailboxes on the same side of the road. The studio sits back front the road.

Parking: There is parking in a small lot at the bottom of the driveway as well as top.

Entering: The studio is attached to the left side of my residence. You will access the studio’s entrance as well as the labyrinth by taking the walkway around the left of the property.  The green door with stickers on it, is the entry to the studio. The pathway to the labyrinth begins at the edge of the forest, next to a tree swing… there is a clear pathway with a welcome sign at the beginning. Please do not leave the designated path or labyrinth space. The studio and grounds are monitored by security, please only arrive at scheduled times or by calling ahead so that measures for your arrival can be taken.

WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY…

Just a little reminder that we are dog friendly. If you want to try a class and need emotional support, my best girl and guy (Gigi and Finn) can sit on a mat for petting while you warm up to practicing, or help you transition in the door — while they are not “technically” support animals, I do find them very to be pretty special and supportive. Likewise, if your pup is going through a hard time at home with health or depression and needs to come with you, we can discuss safe and supportive for all arrangements, or include them in private sessions and reiki healing sessions.

I am a trauma informed teacher and know that this would be a concern for some individuals, so I am sharing this for you especially to know that there are dogs on the property who do bark, and wag and occasionally enter the studio. I also feel, these furry friends, can bring bring comfort and reduce the anxiety so many of us face, that they are truly therapeutic. I’d love to work with you to get your feet in the studio and on the mat with whatever support you may benefit from. #dogfriendly #emotionalsupport
