30-40 minute ‘short basic’ sessions - 1 Session: $40;

PackThree Short Sessions for $108 or ($45 / 1 session).

Small Private Group Session: $108 (60-75 minutes long).

Private sessions are available for Mediation or combined with yoga, tarot or energy healing. If you’d like to combine yours with one of the listed creation & meditation experiences as a private or semi-private group, see the above themes when requesting a session if you are subbing one out. These will be subject to private student fees based on time and the number of people. (Generally $54 - $108)

Private - Semi-Private and Small Group Opportunities!

Combine any of the studio specialties are provided by appointment, for a customized experience. These sessions all you to explore and adapt yoga, meditation, the use of the forest labyrinth space, tea& tarot, energy work, or other intuitive development & wellness practices, to meet your needs. You can set these classes up as an individual client, with a partner who you’d like to share your love of wellness with, or with your own small group — such as family, colleagues or friends. You may also select a "build your own group class" as a mini-retreat style 1-time experience, or a weekly class where you choose from available days and times and the class is designed for your own group of friends, family or colleagues. The private rate applies and is divided between the number in attendance! Easy-Peasy & cost effective!

Whatever your private needs and goals are, we can work together, to help you get the most out of your practice and personalize a wellness plan that meets your goals. You may choose to include pranayama (breath work), meditation guidance,  reiki (hands-on or hands-off healing) sessions, labyrinth experiences or postural yoga practices that will help you to experience some of the more subtle and powerful benefits of yoga, one-on-one or as a couple or small group.
